We accept payment by UPI, debit/credit card, and cash on delivery or pickup, as shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card or banking details.

6. Delivery & pickup

Delivery and store pickup are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Srivani Stores is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products, beyond the value of the order concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sangareddy, Telangana.
